At less than $97.00 per night this spacious fully furnished guest home comes with a luxury mattress Murphy Bed that tucks away easily when not in use, a gorgeous almost 200 sq ft. private patio, TV, internet, and a beautiful kitchen. Full-size fridge, dual induction hot plate with pans, Keurig Coffee maker, and microwave oven are some features that come with your stay. 2 months minimum to 6 months maximum, no pets preferred. Housekeeping included dusting and cleaning floors, surfaces, kitchen, and bath once a month. All utilities included. All applicants need to be 18 or older and apply thru our Property Management Portal. 1 monthly security deposit is required, and a one-time cleaning fee of $100.00 will also apply.
